The Arizona Dermatology Physician Assistant Society (ADPAS) was founded in 2010 by Physician Assistants interested in creating an organization of people and resources that may serve to enhance the personal and professional development of PA’s interested in, or currently specializing in the field of Dermatology.

Goals of the ADPAS are to promote cohesiveness and structure among Dermatology Physician Assistants practicing in the Arizona state, provide the most current practice standards and novel information through the development and sponsorship of continuing medical education opportunities and continually further awareness of the PA profession within the Dermatology realm.

ADPAS mission statement

ADPAS mission is to enhance the health and well being of the people within Arizona through representation and advancement of the dermatology physician assistant profession.

ADPAS purpose

To provide general membership of the organization with a forum for informal assembly regarding the issues that relate to dermatology physician assistants in Arizona.

To develop and sponsor continuing medical education programs, promote the academic and clinical training of physician assistants in dermatology and serve as an information source for dermatologists, physician assistants, physician assistant students, and patients.
